Sub in Logic 7 E92

I was thinking about adding a sub to my E92 with Logic 7. I have a Infinity Basslink II in my old car that I could add, but I wondering if I would be able to hear it, as I keep reading that the car is pretty well insulated between the trunk and the cabin.

Also, I was hoping to tune the interior subs to put out the mid bass, and the trunk subs to handle just the low bass (and if possible, the interior speakers to be mids and above). Would this be possible with this setup using technics cable? If not, how could I go about doing? I really do not want to drop a ton of money replacing all of the stock amplifiers.

Check out AudioControl speaker level EQs. Crummy website, but great products.

you could upgrade the undeseats and add an amp

If you kneed more bass than that you are a bass head.

If that Basslink is not self-powered then my harness and a JL Audio XD500/3 could take care of most of your idea (adjust to taste):

- set XD500/3 CH1/CH2 HP crossover to 80Hz
- set XD500/3 CH3 LP crossover to 80Hz

Let the OEM amp handle the mid/tweeters with the OEM crossover points and power output, they are fine IMO.

Sadly the Basslink II is self powered. I think there is an extension you can buy that will power 4 speakers with like 50 watts per channel. I don't remember. I could look into that and then hook up both subs to that....maybe I will just sell my basslink.

was thinking about adding a 10inch in the boot, is it tough wiring the two subs under the seats with the 3rd new sub?

Yeah I was thinking about getting that...It just a little out of my price range for the whole setup. I had an extra Kappa 12 that I would have liked to put in there but I couldn't buy just the box so I was thinking about using the basslink as a more cost efficient option if I could tune it properly. I don't want to overwork the speakers or underseat subs.
