Hey all,

My brake job went bad and broke a couple parts. Does anyone have part numbers for a 2007 335i e90 sedan

For the REAR driver side brake/caliper
1. The Bleeder screw-nipple-thingie? It got sheared off and need to replace it.
2. The metal shield that sits behind the rotor, i think this is the "brake backing plate"

Also whats the best place to buy parts online? Thanks in advance!

assuming you are missing that nipple and have an open system, you might want to pinch off the rubber part of the brake line to prevent moisture contamination, fluid leaking out, air going back in and making the bleed job worse that it will already be.

you are going to need brake fluid, tischer has it.

actually if it were me, i would call dealer parts and see how bad they will rape you and if it isn't bad buy it local to get the car on the road. those parts list cheap.

you could probably bend that shield back to shape if needed, if rotor spins without contacting it you are good.

those bleeder fittings are fairly standard, wouldn't be shocked if you could find them at autozone. careful getting the piece of the old one out, don't want to damage the threads.

They are fairly cheap parts, since it sounds like you needed them yesterday your dealer will get then to you the fastest. If you can wait we have them available HERE. The shield you can probably bend back close enough to spec to work, the valve you'll need to replace.
