VGrani, did you have take the headlight out to replace the H8 bulb?
I can remove the bulb on the passenger side but the space is very tight
on the driver side for me to get to the bulb.
I wonder your setup of 2009 335i is similar to that of mine 2009 335d.

You should be able to go through the fender liner and the setup should be similar

help! bought the led H8, and does any1 know how to change the H8 bulb? it seems like the space is too tight to get the bulb out.

Maybe I get small hands, and I was able to unplug and plug them from the back of the headlights, on both side, not from the fender liner. But first you guys gotta make sure which is which in the headlight, cuz you won't be able to see when you put your hand in it.

we have installation guides with pictures and videos of angel eye installation for all BMW's
