Bastuck and ar?
Eisenmann is out of the question

Sorry, you're out of luck. All of the performance exhausts are only for the 'i' models. BMW and all the aftermarket parts suppliers don't see the Xi as a performance car.

But seriously. Seriously?!? They're the same exhausts aside from the downpipes/front cats.

I think any section 3/axelback exhaust will fit on his car.

if you can get the older eisenmann race, then it'll be loud.
eisenmann and bastuck is section 3.

According to the parts catalog, all of the pipes are all the same between the i and Xi. The only other difference is the sedans have different mufflers than the coupe/convertible, and cats are different beginning 09/08 build date. I thought the cats were different, but the ETK shows they're the same.

I've heard all different types of Xi exhaust up here in Canada... and I still believe the set-up I have now...with the Ar DP + performance exhaust is beautiful.... you can add in the resonators if you don't like the little bit of rasp top end... I don't mind it so I left my second cats

I have heard his setup and it does sound very exotic, the PE has a reallllly nice tone to it. There is a bit of rasp, but it can be easily cleaned up with resonators or there are people who prefer that bit of rasp.

Not sure if it will be loud enough for you since I do not know your taste in sound, but if you want louder the only other exhaust other than the PE that I would put on an XI is the Eisenman

I have the AMS on my xi with ar dp's. Love it. Not too loud and not cheap sounding either.

Throw on a set of resonators to handle the rasp and it will sound realll good.

1792 I beleive or 1793 is the model #
You can replace the secondaries and it'll be even louder that way or you can put them somewhere else on the midpipe if there's room and retain your secondaries.

If you are cutting out the secondaries then put them in place of the secondaries since there is a lot of space to work with. If you are keeping the secondaries put them wherever you can make them fit haha.

I have a 07 e92 335i 6 speed manual. I had meineke cut off my mufflers, center resonators and cats and weld 3" piping in there place, it sounds soooo good. There is no performance difference between straight pipes and aftermarket mufflers and aftermarket catless downpipes, they are both straight through. The straight pipes sound soooo much better and you save thousands of dollars!!!!! Meineke charged me $400 for everything. The exhaust is really loud but its not like the annoying high pitch hondas. It has a really low grumble like a mustang or camaro. They welded the O2 sensors from the old cats on to the straight pipes so the car would not throw a code and can pass inspection.
