Adding BMS Dual Cone intake: Will the car throw codes?

Guys -

I have a 2008 335i Coupe with Sport package. I'm thinking of only adding the BMS intake. I know the difference in power will be negligable, but I wanted to know if installing that will throw codes.

Later on I will add a tune (JB4 or Procede v5 Rev 3), so I know those will clear the codes, but wanted to know if anyone has done just the intake and if it pops up anything that BMW can detect when i get the car serviced.

OP - No intake will throw a code in these cars...
