Can anything be done with the door handle LEDs?

I have someone requesting the door handle LED lights as DRL and blinkers, anyone know if this can be done?

door handle LED's as turn signals... like this? (looks horrible imo, like an 80's cadillac limo)

I think it looks quite gd.... but thats just me... I probably wouldnt bother with it though
