It's all about marketing..... time + placement. BMW Aust are not stupid and play the game well to ensure maximum return on all new products released. If it was your business, you would do te same thing.

I have not heard anything either on a 335i estate. I doubt the potential volume would warrant it's import.
Cheers. Did anyone here buy a BMW from Col Crawford? |

I seriously doubt it will come here. The estate range has been restricted to just one model, the 323i. Volumes are extremely modest. I was told nobody even bothers to import the manuals for example. The lack of more powerful engines ( even a 325i would be nice!) plus the limited boot space is basically why I ended up tossing the idea of buying an E91 for my wife in favour of a Liberty GT Spec B wagon. No regrets, having driven it against the more costly, significantly slower and relatively poorly equipped E91 323.

I'd say you are right about the potential volume but I could just invisage a 335I estate in M-Sport trim sitting on 19's with a nice wide lip on the rims. Hmmm .....

ummm, no, the audi rs4 would be that.
anyway, the reason im asking is EVO mag have a 335 estate as part of their long termers, and so far its running great. plus the 335 estate has the potential to be up there with the rs4 when modified |
