its called Snapseed. got app of the year. $4.99. i never buy apps over $1.99 but tried it last night. ability to do so much, really good UI, love how it can offer the HDR visual, tons of options and textures.
used it on the ipad 2. it supports a single image up to 16mb image. so fairly hi res. |

in this picture, i did the grundge visual, texture 2, turned tilt shift on for the lower portion of the car, to focus on the front end. and that was it. now i just want to tweak ALL my photos hahaa
