Change Cruise Control Speed Display from MPH to km/hr

Does anyone know whether it is possible to change the display from MPH to km/hr (the display that pops up briefly after switching on, or changing the speed of, the cruise control)?

I have changed the settings in the BC to km/hr regarding fuel consumption, etc. but the cruise control remains in MPH. Any idea?

I'm guessing the instrument cluster units have to be coded to metric under the Kombi module.

I think the change isn't dependant on the cluster. When I first picked up my car I was able to change the cruise display to kph. When I got a new Progman I wasn't able to do that any more. Sept 07 build. Hope this helps.
