Need Footwell Module Reset. Where can I go?

My Hid Angel Eye Kit shorted and my footwell module cut the power to the passenger side angel eye socket so now i need to get my footwell module reset. I know the dealer does this and heard that they may charge me about 100 dollars, though, I haven't officially began to call dealers and get estimates.

Is there an independent shop that you guys know of with the equipment to perform such a task?

I had a similar problem with my FRM when I put resistors on for the corner delete mod. Once lights don't turn on at all there is no way to "reset" it. You will most likely need a new FRM (like i did). New one is $400. If you buy the exact same part number, no programing should be needed. If you find a used one on Ebay then you will need to reprogram it.

I found a used one on ebay and programmed it and everything is good now.
