335i, whats a good deal?
I am looking at two cars and will buy before the end of the year of the deal is good enough to motivate me. Both are 2008 335i sedans with Cold Weather, Premium, and Sport packages with auto trannies and paddles.
One is black with 27,000 miles and the current offer is at $30,660. It had the leather interior and the brushed aluminum inside. The other is graphite metallic, has about 23,000 miles, and also has the Navigation system and wood accents. The dealer is currently at $30,850. Both of these were lease returns and are CPOed through summer of 2014. There is also a private seller with one that is optioned out similar with Navi and about 25,000 that is available for about $27k. I\'ve heard about \"inventory tax\" and the desire to sell before the end of the year for dealerships to avoid this. Is this for real or a myth? What would you all do? What should I do?
