New Aftermarket radio installed pics
After a couple of days of my own installation, (which I'm not even completely done with yet) I installed a pioneer P4300 Dvd head unit
I got the bluetooth module and installed and an ebay backup camera I'm really happy with the result And no more gong hehe

You used the metra dash kit right?does it bother you that the dash kit isn't flush at the bottom? I've been holding off on installing a double din because of that.

The factory head unit is needed for some repairs
There was a guy on here that bought a car that had a
aftermarket head unit and the car needed some kind of wheel sensor replaced that needed software values for calibration that could not be written . So I wouldn't throw your old head unit away. I wonder if the coding guys have a way of getting around this as they are not using the same software as BMW dealerships. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...ht=programming Last edited by ctuna; 12-27-2011 at 12:43 PM.. |
