i recently say a 2006 330i for about 36995 with 11k miles on it. i believe it has a sports package, its alpine white. i really cant remember anything else about it. But based on what i just said i need some input. Thanx

Get the VIN and do a carfax report on it. Then post it up here and I'm sure you will get worthwhile advice.

when i bout my 2001 E46 it had 19k miles and that was 3 years ago. almost every used e90 ive seen has over 20k already

I would get a new 328 via ED at that price. My E90 335 (ZSP, metallic) cost $36.4k via ED.
What you "see" as advertised price vs. what cars actually sell for are usually a few $k apart.

Yeah, For that money I would consider a New 328 as well. It's right in the ballpark and you'd get the service included, and a bunch of other nice things as well, though you'd be missing out on a little HP.

But Yeah, New 328 instead. OR HECK Used E46 M3!!!!

dude, ~$36k for that car with 15kmiles? Mine had almost the same configuration except the ZCW and I bought it brand new for $38k. Give me a break. This car should be around $32k-$34k
