Youre for sure went in for maintenance with mods and whwn you broke something you welded the old mufflers back on and removed mods. Im aure you alsp had a speed delimeter and muat have gone over the capped speed?
If youre actually telling the truth then grow some damn balla and dont let a stupid dealership talk to you like that. Call up bmw na and tell them what happened. If they ask about the mufflers, say you ran bmw performance exhaust for a while but then sold it due to it being too loud(its an oem part) say you bought it used.

The car was bone stock besides the exhaust, no tune or anything. They said they saw me drove fast in the parking and that may mess up the transmission. I know that was weird but that wt they said. Also it had straight pipe before and already back to stock due to drone .

Imo buy bmw exhaust clamps. Clamp on the mufflers that way theyll think iya due to bad muffler that they swapped out and go to a new dealer.

Im not making the shit up, problem is they did service once when the exhaust was modified. Whatever do now, they still know that it was modified.

Because therea no other parking lot that they can see you in...
So you started up a cold car and floored it out of there...it actually is hard on the transmission tbh.
Listen op, stop posting about this, you know what to do:
Go to new dealer-if the car isnt flagged theyll fix watever you broke(assuming your stock)
If it is flagged call up bmw north america and speak to them.

Im absolutely not trolling, wont waste my time to start this kind of funny thread. Just like car is rolling and i downshift from 2nd to 1st gear, there was a rev matching but absolutely nothing close to redline. They "hear" the downshift because the car had straight pipe that time
