Wiring for OSS Head Lights

I just picked up a used pair of these from a fiorum member, but they look to be missing someting - the lamps have 2 sets of wires, 2 red and 2 black, coming directly from the rings. They are just lying there.

Shouldnt there be a capacitor or something? Or can I wire these directly to power? Please help! Thanks!

Email or call umnitza u will need 2 power module, and its like $15 each.

Yeah I did it without the power module and it works fine but I know for durability I will need the power modules since they keep the voltage regulated.
