someone in Socal help me change lower bulb on 2006 e90 330i?

Anyone free this week to help me change my lower bulbs on my e90 330i 2006? i am not so great at anything DIY and im not allowed to work on cars at my apartment.

I haven't ordered the bulb just yet but can thru amazon with 1 day shipping. I just don't don't want to be taken by the stealership. hopefully someone could help out. I specifically live by the grove, mid wilshire but open to drive anywhere and meet.
