Need help on front kidney grill, and stick on spoiler

I want to put a black kidney grill on my front, but i dont want to pay a 100, should i just spray paint it, and do i need to sand it before i paint?

And also, where can i get a stick on spoiler for the top of the back of my car? maybe a black or carbon fiber one?

invest the 100.00 for black-out grilles. painting them works for awhile, but will chip. Trust me.
