Michelin Pilot PS2 help!
Hi guys, just needed your help. Was wondering if anyone here knows where I could source 19" Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 non runflats to go on my 230 style wheels?(fronts 225/35/zr19 and rear 88y255/30/zr19) . I recently noticed a small bubble on one of the rear tires and was looking for a PS2 replacement but can't seem to find one here in Australia or the US.
I contacted tirerack and they said that size/model has been discontinued and they don't have stock. Any tips on any US shops that can ship me one of these discontinued stocks much appreciated. I just noticed tirerack is a sponsor here, wonder if they could source me the tyres from some vendor who has them? The other more expensive option is offcourse replacing all 4 tires but if I am able to source one tire(actually would like keep a front spare tire, so 1 front and 1 rear), that will save me the hassle and costs, especially since all the tires have full thread. Another related question, does Michelin regularly discontinue tyre models with no backup stock? Could end up being quite an expensive experience if one tyre went bad and had to replace all 4. Thanks for your advice

Why don't you buy two Michelin Pilot Super Sports (PS2 replacement) and mount those on the rear?

Thanks but they don't have them in the 255/30/zr19 size for the PSS(only available in 255/35ZR19 and 265/30ZR19) and I would then be stuck with the hassle of trying resell or waste the other good PS2 tyre which has full thread.
