Ridiculous money for an M3! For that you could have a year old bog standard M3 DCT and a Fezza F430 spider/997 Turbo cab for weekends, I know what I would rather do with £120k,

I do like the GTS, fair enough its not cheap but it could be seen as an investment.

Some even get used properly, there's one driven by a frequent 'Ring user on German plates with BBS wheels, I swear he put more laps on it than anything else about on the weekend I was there in the summer.

The M3 is a great car.

It's not special enough for that money though. Can't see that one becoming a classic.

+1. As much as I love the M3 I wouldn't want a bright orange one that completely stripped of everything.

£120k would be going on a 997 Turbo S any day. Or a R35 GT-R with SVM 900R conversion

Dick Lovett has a number of franchises in Swindon: BMW, Mini, Ferrari, Porsche, Lotus, also sells Astons, Lambo's etc... Makes me laugh how they got this one at their Ferrari showroom.... probably deemed "too good" to be on show at their ordinary BMW showroom lol.

Well I didnt see it at the said BMW dealership when I dropped my car off with them yesterday to be fixed (yet again).

He must have a few million pounds worth of stock, thats for sure.

Garage List
2012 E92 335d  [8.66]
I've seen that car at Dick Lovett in Swindon several times - it was sat in the showroom with no price on for several weeks. I believe it was new then, that was only a few months ago - whoever the 1 owner is, they didn't keep it for more than about 2 months........

Maybe the Dealer Principle has been running around in it for a couple of months.

Actually I noticed an orange car in the main showroom last night when I when past the dealership so I think you are right, it is still in the main BMW dealership.
