Window Tints
Anyone get tints done at Autopia in Glendale Heights?
I was told they will do all the windows for $100 with a lifetime warranty, but wondering if anyone on here has experience with them. Tried searching, but didn't find anything on this particular place. Thanks |

I talked to Autopia to find out what kind of tint they use.... said it is 3M chip dye? or something like that. Does seem really cheap, but my friend's car looks nice.
I was told the product has a 3 year warranty, but the shop has a lifetime warranty on it. I'll call Umbra in the morning to get some pricing. |

I know about 5 people who had it done there. Most people at my restaurant and brothers bimmer. All the guys cars at work are ok but my brothers sucked. Had the driver replaced 3 days after. And is gonna have to redue the drivers window now. You are more than welcome to stop by. I can show you some of the cars if you wanna see. Some from 2 years out up to pretty recent.
Ive always had mine done at mid-America glass window tinting in Schaumburg |

I would suggest Ceaser in Logan Square. Hes done over 50 cars i sent him and about 20 of my own friends and my car personally. Not one person has ever had a bad thing to say about him. I think you can google him and find his number i lost it. CLUB lexus sends most of their cars there.

Just an update...
Had my tints done by Nino at Umbra two weeks ago. Just had him finish up with black vinyl across the top of the back window this morning. Looks great (although I wish it was darker) Picture will be up soon (hopefully today) |
