It's really not hard. Having DCI's makes it alot faster as well.

I recently got an ER ChargePipe, dont really feel like paying 200 to get it installed, and want to sorta do it myself, and want to do it before snow comes lol

DCI = Dual Cone Intake...basically 2 open air filters to replace the OEM airbox. The OEM airbox is a little bit of a pain to remove. Basically you just need to have a flat head to remove the bottom hose clamp, a T35 (I think) Torx bit on a socket wrench to remove one screw holding the chargepipe to an engine bracket, twist four quick disconnects for the OEM Diverter Valves (DV), take the same said flat head to pry up the BMW engineered clamp at the throttle body. Then rotate the chargepipe so that you can reach the sensor that should be disconnected. It was a little of a PITA for me to get it unclipped. Then transfer over the o-ring, sensor, and reverse.

Well I have an N55, so I do not think I have a dual cone air intake.

I wish someone would post a DIY on how to do this

It's not that difficult for a DIY. I'd say on the difficulty scale of 1 (grill swap) to 10 (turbo swap), it's a 2 on its worst day.
