Bought a Pre LCI E90 Sedan lip spoiler.........will it fit?

So I bought this lip spoiler on eBay:

I placed it on my trunk, looks like it wont fit properly w/o some flexing, but my concern is when its painted will it fit? Will the paint hold up to the flexing involved to possibly line it up and make it fit?

I emailed the seller and they havent gotten back to me yet.

Typically these spoilers are made out of a Polyurethane material that allows the spoiler to bend. Once you put the 3M double sided tape on, start from one end of the trunk and walk the spoiler across molding it to the contour of the trunk. The spoiler and paint should be just fine.

I am using a Fiber glass rep performance spoiler for pre-lci on my LCI E90 and it fits perfectly, it depended on the source of the product because I had a crappy one before that
