Interior Window Controls

my window controls ain't sitting right. if you look at the picture you can tell that they are not locking into place. it seems to me that this part was replaced and not completed properly. Is there a DIY to taking this apart? and where can I find this part so I can order a new one. Thank You.

just pull your door panel off (horizontal trim piece -> 3 torx screws -> pulls off) and try and attach it properly from the inside. Don't think you need a new piece.

Must be a fairly important problem since you posted a duplicate of this same thread 2 min earlier
