Hi guys -
Recently ordered a replacement CF Trunk Roundel and had heard pretty good things from one friend about their site. I ordered it on Dec. 12th, and never recieved it, and after contacting their customer service multiple times it was apparently returned as undeliverable a month later (unexpected as the address was verified and I routinely recieve mail there). IMO, their customer service was surprisingly unhelpful about my lost packaged, and basically said, "You're screwed, have a nice day." - politely, of course. It was my fault for picking cheap shipping for a cheap part, but I was a little peeved with their brusqueness, and unwillingness to offer any help find out what happened to the package. Has anyone had a similar experience with their customer service before? Or am I just expecting too much? Thanks.

My girlfriend joined the forums a few weeks ago and ended up ordering her e70 and my e90 led license plate lights from them, this is our first dealing with them. They arived in a timely matter and all, so no complaints so far... However, for some reason when installed the right side doesn't work at all and the left side blinks monetarily upon starting of the vehicle, but then works as normal.
I was just jumping on here to send them an email and see if they know whats up and what we can do about it as far as return when I saw this thread. I'll let you know how they handle my issue. I hope they are a little better and you just got an off day or something because there are other parts I want to order from them. lol ![]() |

I'm guessing it's normal for the LED lights to blink a couple times at start up, just like mine. Then it's normal after that and mine are from a different vendor.

I ordered my matte black grills and smoked reflectors from them. I even called before I ordered because the reflectors' link disappeared from the site (during an update). The guy was really helpful.
I went back online, did the order, and I received the goods in 3 days. All was well. I haven't installed the reflectors (got Mark Wu to wrap instead...thanks Mark and you're welcome for the plug). cell [206] 707_6491 The grills went in the next day - easy peasy. This was Feb/March 2010. Call them back - they know about e90posters and should help out us in the community. Good luck!

My girlfriend ordered me my Matte Grille from them last Christmas. They seemed to have come in a timely manner (In time for Christmas that is). I have a buddy who orders from them too and he loves them. Hope your situation gets resolved!
PS, I dont know how packaging for a Roudel can be anything but cheap. |

Well, the package was returned to them as undeliverable, so I'm going to give this another shot with better shipping.
The customer service was never rude, they just seemed to not care that I never recieved my order. Again, it was cheap (non-trackable shipping - I didn't read the fine print) - so I should have known better. It was just not a very reassuring experience for any future business.

I bought from them a few times and they were always on time with the shipping. They were also pretty good at answering my e-mails. I would stay away from E92-lighting.com though, 2 of my orders from Derrick took about a month to receive.

Just an update, I sent them an email monday night, another tuesday night, and my girlfriend sent one monday as well.
Neither of us have heard anything yet from them. Disappointing. |

I have ordered many products from jlevisw and have been more satisfied with them than any other vendor. Im sure if you contact bryan@jlevisw.com he will fix things immediately. He is hands down one of the best and most helpful salesmen I have ever done business with. sorry to hear you had bad experiences with them

I thank you for checking into the issue of unresolved contact, I've got to be honest though and tell you that in 2012 it stretches my imagination that 3 separate emails (two from the "contact us" form on the jlevi site and one to an actual email address) vanish. I actually got more info from members on here than anybody at jlevi which was a little disappointing to me. Again, thanks for the thought, but I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth. Don't get me wrong, I tell people all the time you get what you pay for, so I won't be crying to much over the couple sets of twenty dollar led's, but I also hate the feeling of being brushed off.
