That looks like an M3 lip spoiler.... +1 on where to find this peice. Ill try and look but i didnt know these were produced yet.

Well i have a coupe not a convertible. But i found this picture a couple of days ago and since the guy has California liscence plate i guessed that these were in production. Not sure if this is the one from BMWUSA.com but i want that spoiler. Looks so elegant.

correct, the first pic is the same spoiler as the one I posted, the aero spoiler, the one in your 2nd pic is the same as what the OP has posted, the M spoiler

so we agree on what it is... m3 lip spoiler.... Now back to the OP question, where can he find it? Im clueless b/c i didnt know these were even on the market yet. Bad ASS lip though, My favorite IMO
