Another lease question. Sorry...

I'm sorry for nagging you guys about lease numbers, but I have another question.

If I were to do a 3 year, 12K miles lease, w/ $4000 down, what would my payment be approximately on a dealer quoted price of about $40,500???

Also, is $40,500 a good price to aim for if I'm getting a 330xi w/ sparkling graphite paint, iDrive and heated seats? MSRP is $42,170.

Neg Price 40500 - I assume that is with destination.

Cap Cost reduction of $4000.

About $388/month plus tax.

Out of pocket would be $400 security, $388 first payment (plus tax) $625 acquisition fee plus misc doc fees taxes.

Personally as someone who has leased a lot, that $4000 would be better in your bank account or safe investment - put it towards the monthly payment (which BTW would be $507 plus tax). You are throwing it away in a lease. In 36 months you won't have the car.
