2008 335i cpo, good deal? who is the second owner?

The car is in northern CA
$25.5k - 1k (first two checks covered by bmw) = 24.5 K before TTL
08 335i cpo 42xxx miles grey on black
+premium
+sport
+Nav
+premium sound
+XENON head lights

Clean carfax
two owners
1st. shown as "PERSONAL lease" for first 1.5 years or so
2nd shown as "LEASE" for another 1.5 years with very regular service records for every 5k miles, more than needed!?

Is this a good deal?
And the second owner looks suspicious, what is that?

I just did this. I recently purchased a CPO 2008 335i with sport and premium package. The car only had 14,700 mile on it. The car fax showed only one owner and had no issues. I got the lowest financing rate and the first 2 payments are on BMW. I even got approved for a BMW MC or Visa but I declined it. I recently went and established my account on BMWUSA.com and it shows my 1st month payment already made.
