Can anyone help me learn how to drive a manual?

I was close to having a forum member help me out, but I don't think he has time. I would like to learn how to drive a manual. Does anyone have an old car and some time to help? It's become fairly urgent (by upcoming Wednesday). I will compensate for your time but I hope it's not huge demands, since I just relocated up here. I live in U-District but can drive to your location.

PM me for details.

Thanks!

I don't have a car I would be willing to grind the gears for but if you have a car I can teach you pretty quickly, taught a few people over the years

If you get a manual rental car i'll teach you how for free (you'll just be paying for the day's rental). That way you don't mess up anyone's car you don't own...

Bad news is, i don't get back to WA until middle of February...

He drove around in my bmw for a while. Did an alright job too for a first timer.

He actually flew to England Thursday and had to drive a manual rent a car.

That's why.

No because they wouldn't rent him the car because they said they only rent them out to people who are getting service done.

He can, but no rental company like Enterprise has manual cars. Haury's is the only place I know that has manual rental cars.
