Installing H&R sport springs...

Just bored/curious....My next purchase for the baby will be H&R sport springs with koni yellows. Im driving an e90 2006 330i - not sure if has sport package or not? Wondering if anyone has any experience installing maybe just the springs themselves? Or possibly both the springs and the shocks? I might be very interested to try and install myself if not terribly difficult.
Thanks guys!

I have the same setup on my 07 335i. If you are going to DIY, you should have a friend help you with the install to help save on time. I would also do the springs and shocks at the same time as you have to remove the front spring from the front strut to install the shorter springs. No sense in doing the job twice.

Do your seats have aggressive side bolsters with and adjustable leg support on the front of the seat cushion? If you have these sport seats you have the sports package.

It wont make any difference with the install. All you are doing is just going to a shorter spring/shock. It will be easier to put the new stuff in however as you are putting in shorter assemblies than what came out of the car.

not difficult at all after looking at the DIY guide, I think it was harder to lower my old 2000 Nissan Altima

here's the DIY
