BMS Powerbox and Factory Programing?

i have the BMS Powerbox installed on my e92 328xi.

my question is can i bring the vehicle to the dealer and have the vehicle programed with the BMS powerbox installed or do i have to remove it before bringing to the dealer to program the vehicle?

They say if you set it to Map 0 they can not detect it.

well bringing it to the dealer and getting the vehicle hooked up for programing is not a concern with me.

my main concern is will there be any programing issue with the PBX installed. i dont want it to fail program or crash during program

Map 0 is your stock setting, I have not ever heard of it being detected when set to 0. I had one installed on my 323i and had no issues.
