I don't recall many pure bars around the stadium and downtown indy. There are alot of restaurants and hotels with bars (you almost can't fall down without running into one). One of the few bars was the Colts Club. I think there is a Martini and wine bar called tastings.

I guess what i mean is what is a good place to go and watch the game in indy? It's a quick drive for me from chicago... and as much as i love the giants, i don't want to spend 4k+ for tix in the nosebleeds :P

I'm from Indy- the few I'd recommend Kilroys (will be packed), Coaches, and Claddagh Irish Pub.

Tastings is in the Conrad hotel and is pretty nice, however you're probably not going to be able to walk in there and watch the game.

In order of my recommendation based on TV's, food, atmosphere, & server attractiveness.

Tilted Kilt - corner of Meridian & Georgia (Super Bowl Village)
Kilroy’s – corner of Meridian & Georgia (Super Bowl Village)
Claddagh Irish Pub – corner of Meridian & Jackson
Rock Bottom Brewery – on Washington between Meridian & Illinois
Hooter’s – on Georgia (Super Bowl Village)
Hard Rock Café – corner of Meridian & Maryland
Champs – corner of Illinois & Washington

Spent all last weekend downtown at Super Bowl Village with old college buddies.
