TPMS question

I just got a set of new 19" wheels and not sure if i should just purchase new tpms or should transfer my old set. I am going to be selling my 17" style 339 wheels with the original rft's and only 9000 miles on them(these seem to be very scarce even on ebay.) 3 wheels perfect 1 has minor curb rash. So the question is will i be able to sell the 339's with tpms for 800+? Or should i transfer the tpms and hope for 600? also does anybody know what i should expect to pay to transfer them or install new ones?
