Intermittent Hard to Start
I have a 2008 335i Sedan that has very intermittent issues where it turns over and over before actually starting. Not sure what might cause this. Any ideas? I haven't been able to come up with anything common in temp, etc when it is happening. VERY intermittent, though.

At a "wild" guess, high pressure fuel pump problems - it's a very common and well known problem with the 335i. Search here and you will find plenty of info from members who have been up and down that road a fair amount!

hard to say given the info, but if you're having a slow crank it could be the starter.

Is it turning over slowly or quite a few turns before finally firing up? Also, once she has taken, does she sputter to life or start up as normal?

It's possible the problem is the high pressure fuel pump; however, I am having the same symptom and I had my hpfp replaced last summer per the recall. It lags a little when it cranks but then she starts up just fine. I'm going to check the starter first.
