Driving home earlier I get the engine light and the car start shaking and the engine light keeps blinking. Do anyone know what is wrong? I am running jb4 map 5 and just changed it to map 0. I tried turning the car on and off but the shaking still persist.

First thing you need to do is hook your jb4 up to the computer and read codes..maybe well be able to help you the.

Change the spark plugs already and still getting mis-fire. do I have to delete all the codes before starting the car?

I think coils are $35-45 each from Tischer IIRC. What you need to do first is swap the coils so you can pinpoint the problem. There are details in the mentioned sticky on how to properly debug so you're not wasting money. And you should clear the codes after doing any work, otherwise you have no idea when they were triggered.
