New front bumper has undulations

Would priming and sanding the bumper remove the undulations at the very front of the bumper? It's a polyurethane bumper if that matters.

Going to bet that 98% of people here don't know what that word means and maybe you may need a skim coat of body filler

Really? BMW owners I thought were well educated young professionals. Anyways, doesn't matter. It means highs and lows on the bumper, not quite smooth completely.

Only reason I know it is because I hung out in body shops working on my cars back in the day.

So yes a skim coat of body filler or possibly adding a little heat
