Leaving JB+ installed for CPO work?

I did a search, but it was to vague for me to find a distinctive answer:

I'm due for my oil change, and other scheduled maintenance items in the next month or two, and I have the JB+ installed. That's the only thing I have aftermarket besides window tint. Its set to the DEFAULT setting that it comes with so I didn't trip any codes. I've been happy so far with the small upgrade to performance, and here is my question...

Would I be safe leaving it installed while I take it for just a simple oil change and check up? I'm still under CPO warranty, so it's going to be covered by them. However I know that many of you with the JB4 and other much more serious mods done take everything out if your under CPO or any type of warranty. Would that little module underneath the air box be seen? I understand the simple answer is to just remove it, but if I don't have to I'd like to keep it there if people have had success just leaving it in.

Why risk it, it takes 2 seconds to remove it so why not just remove it

Won't it leave codes even if your remove it? I thought the purpose of the CAN tool is to remove any codes that it could leave behind...

From what I understand, if you leave it at the factory setting, it won't trip codes.

I would pull it. Doesn't take long at all.

Any codes left and they say something, just play dumb.

The amount of time you wasted on this thread, you could have removed the JB+ three times over.

Don't be lazy. You bought a CPO for a reason.

I don't think it was anyone's intention. so many people keep asking the same questions, that's why you felt frustration hehe.

stick around for a while and you'll know what I mean

anyway I guess the take is to always remove any sort of tune when you're taking the car to the dealership. It's never worth the risk.

I understand, and figured that was the best answer. However, if everyone and their mother left theirs in, and I didn't ask- how would I know. I already took it out to get the work done.
