Angel eye and interior LED problem

A friend of mine recently installed his angel eyes in his e90 335xi pre lci. After doing this when puts his car in drive, the chime starts, interior lights blinking, dash says left front door open. He also has replaced his interior lights to LED, but that never had a problem before the AE's were installed. I told him I would post it on the forums for some advice. Thank you all in advance.

Some angel eyes are know to give the door ajar error. Uninstall them and see of it goes away.

Led drivers create EMI, electromagnetic interference. So they mess with electronics, radio reception, etc.

Thank you for that. I was thinking it was the bulbs also, because I have the mtech AE's and I have no issues with it. I saw the box of the AE's he has and it doesnt have any brand name. Prolly ebay.

MTEC V3's are guaranteed to be error free for door ajar issues, which are known to occur with cheaply made products
