ZSP suspension ride height L & R sides

I noticed my left rear i could get 2 finger in between the tire and fender and on the right rear its about 1.5 fingers or less. Is this normal for the left side of the car to be higher than the right side??

This is on my E90 335i.

Yea, I think it intended to offset for driver weight.

"drainage" too, alot of roads are domed to allow rainwater to drain off to the sides, cars are often built "offset" to compensate for this
