Hello,

Excuse my potential repost on this issue, but I wanted to get feedback from the rest of you Bimmer owners. I have an '08 335xi coupe that is coming off warranty in the next month. I have about 37K miles on it, had the fuel pump replaced about 2 years ago and other basic maintenance. At a recent visit to the dealership, they replaced the rear brakes pads, rotors, and brake pad sensor. They also replaced the trans sleeve & pan gasket. Do you think its worth getting either the Gold/Plat extended warranty? My biggest concern is the turbo going out; am I just being too paranoid?

def worth it especially if you plan on keeping your car you got a bmw man always extend your warranty

Thanks bill1718, appreciate the response. I was leaning towards it, but a few ppl said its a waste of money. I'm sorta partial towards the warranty as there is so much technology in the car and worth the peace of mind...

its not a waste of money at all knowing when something is wrong with your car whatever the issue may be all you have to do is drive it into bmw and drive away in your loaner worth every penny to me

How much should an ext wnty be? And from where BMW only or is there a good alternitive?
