E90 alloy wheel options
My 2008 BMW e90 320i is currently running staggered 18" MV3 alloys.
As i have only just purchased this motor, looking to get a second set of alloys with winter tyres ready for next year. What other OEM BMW Alloys are a straight fit? Must be 18". |

Keep your money. Mv3's are probably the best looking 18" alloy out the even if they are very common.
If your going to invest in another set of alloys why not get 19" for the summer? A lot of guys on here keep the 18's for the bad weather and run 19's in the summer. I personally keep 19" csl wheels on mine all year and have had no issues what so ever. |

For winter, get 16 or 17 OEM wheels with winter tyres to save some money and spend it on the modification of your car. |

Ideally want 18's, i know 16s/17s will be cheaper but the motor doesnt look as nice running them lol. |

As for ride quality I didn't personally notice any difference but I can see the ops point that he prefers the ride quality in a smaller alloy. |

I'd second that - not just on the E90 but on pretty much any car. The reduction in ride quality fron 17" to 18" is nowhere near as pronounced as from 18" to 19". I love the look of 19s but I know from experience I'd regret it if I went there.

Even the 18s? Ouch.
I know the 19s are insane money. If I had the cash I'd have the wheels in a heartbeat!

There's a pic of a red E90 on BM Autosport's website, on the page for one of the CSL style wheels as it happens. Looks good

As the guys have said got my wheels from mark at bm autosport. I stayed away from et27's as i didn't want to risk rubbing. Glad I did as the no rubbing issues and the look of the car is transformed
