FT: AFE stage 2 intake 330/325/328

Ive had this afe stage 2 intake on my 06 330 for about 20-25k miles now...it does add sound, as far as horsepower, im not sure...its getting a little loud for my taste especially with my exhaust so im looking to trade for a stock airbox plus cash. looking to get stock airbox +$120...also if the airbox has the carbon delete and knN drop in ill reduce the asking price. Im located in west hollywood and drive to the valley everyday. We can do the swap together.

Is it carb legal? I have a air box with carbon delete and drop in filter with silencer delete tube and also the oem tube

yes the afe is carb legal i had it smogged with it on no problem.
