Brake pads

Not for my E92 but for my E70 X5 35d, both front and rear pads are needed in about 2000 miles, disks are ok according to dealer which is good.

Anyone any idea of dealer price to replace front and rear pads?
I know its an easy DIY or Indy job but what decent makes of pads should I go for. I might buy the pads myself to ensure I get what I want. Want something that creates as little dust as possible as the 20" X5 M Sport wheels aren't easy to keep clean.

Also what about resetting the indicator in Idrive, does this sense that new pads are fitted if new sensors are fitted or how is it done?

Textar are OEM I think, make sure you get the sensors done too or you wont be able to reset the indicator.

If your manufacturer warranty has expired i'd go specialist indy.
