i understand what u mean but phones that are locked to phone companys cost less.
The phone I'm selling is factory unlocked which means it can be used by any phone company and can also be used around the world

I've been wanting to pick up an iphone4S to replace my 3GS but I've never been able to figure out how or why people are selling BNIB ones at a discount. I can understand if it was a gift (from loved one or company) and they already have a phone but are there really that many instances of where that is true ?

Do sales like this (or on Kijiji or CR) come with a receipt ?
If no receipt then how do you get warranty coverage for it ?

You get 1 year from when the phone was bought. If buying get the serial number go on the apple website and you can see how much warranty is left.

If you in the gta ill sell you for 550 factory unlocked BNIB thats hundred less and no tax and full warranty for a year (give or a take a month ill let you know when you buy)
