Mad at myself

Backed into my carport and the phone rings so I start to pick it up forgetting I had activated the roller door. Not paying attention, (due to the phone call) the roller door comes down and scrapes my grill and scratches the paint around the middle. A real nuisance to get painted up.

Any suggestions or recommendations to get this done without forking over lots of cash?
