Looks similar to mine except a bit more localised to one area and looks like a bit has been bent down whereas mine is still intact and there's no damage other than scratching to the plastic. If you want to get sorted properly and fully I suspect you may need a new front skirt and for it to be sprayed, or you could get someone to look at doing a patch-up on it?
