My gigantic bubble finally bursted

and my inspection is up. Does anyone have cheap tires I could throw on these front two.
Also, what will be the situation if I return the car back to BMW at the end of the lease with no rft?

theres an expansion joint they keep covering/uncovering on the 3rd from the left lane.

Mine burst last night while driving. I hit a pothole and the light came on and car started to pull to the right. I have had this bubble on the car for about 5-7k and had no issues, till now.
