swirl flaps help need info

Agreed. I've still yet to hear of a confirmed case of failed Swirl Flaps on an E90

i am not going to do anything i just wondered if i should be worying about them failing like it did on pre 2008 bmw

Nope. Actually never heard of a failing flap on an E90, pre or post 2008.

Swirl flaps have only been on a problem on e46. Google it and there's very little mention of problems on the e90

Swirl flaps have been a problem on E6x too, even the later ones with beefed up spindles.
