I'm interested, but not for 300. You can find new sport airbags with receipts from the dealer for 260 on ebay.

free bump for you, and a note to others so you avoid a predicament I was in. be careful for buying these airbags on ebay (with/without dealer receipt). they are not real OEM airbags. the one I bought didn't even fit, had to send it back... see photos here:

note that I can't speak for all of them, only the particular one I bought... but there are many like it on ebay. $300 is a good deal.
