Best I-pod lead
Can someone send me the link for the i-pod connector lead, i-pod to aux.
Also i hear that there are differences in sound quality, im after the best one which i think also powers the i-pod via the cig lighter. Many thanks ......... |

http://www.expansys.com/p.aspx?i=120584&partner=froogle You will also need a 3.5mm male/male phono cable to connect the 'line out' to the 'aux input'. These are suprisingly difficult to find, but Currys stock a good range: http://www.currys-ishop.co.uk/cgi-bi...ry=%20%20cable Finally, I'd also recommend that you buy one of these covers: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Belkin-Sport.../dp/B000FSF6EW They are also available from PC World. Essentially it's a litle neoprene sleeve which stops the ipod getting scratched. But ... it's also non-slip, so you can rest your connected ipod on the centre console while driving. This lets you reach the clickwheel to adjust it with no risk of it sliding off onto the floor. I have tested this with some extreme cornering. Not least following Beauforty through the peak district at the last UK meet. |

In the UK - you need to kick up a fuss - some people have been charged an extra £40 for the cable. There is nothing else on the market that works with an ipod in quite the same way as the BMW cable. |
