Has anybody on here tried these M3 style front fenders on a 335?
I really like the "vent" that M3's have in their front fenders. I've been looking online for a vendor that makes something like this. I wouldn't want it to actually say "M" on it, maybe a BMW logo in the vent instead or something.
Anyways, the only thing I was able to find was this: http://shop.mor-vision.de/product_in...163ee1f07d8ebf Unfortunately, I don't know a word of German. Has anybody put these on an E92 335i? If so, how was your experience with this product? |

Many people have already done this. The person that comes to mind that has recently done two that I can think of is Long Tran from LTBMW. Do a search for him and you will see his latest creations. I also do not think it is as easy as swapping fenders. I think you have to do the hood among a few other things too.

the fenders in the link are not M3 fenders. What they're offering is for you to ship your fenders to them and they'll retrofit the M3 vents into the stock 335i fenders then ship them back to you (their pricing assumes you live in Germany obviously)
however if you use the navigation links on the left side of the page you'll find that they also sell the vents separately (easier to have them shipped to you here in the USA) and you can have a local shop cut your stock fenders and put the vents in them for you. I converted the euro to US dollars and the retrofit vents are only $105 plus shipping. Any other costs after that are between you and your shop. It was a great find and I'm thinking seriously about ordering a pair for myself for this summer... if I pull the trigger on it I'll update this thread with pics later Hope this info helped you out to some degree |
